Interested in having an ESVONC congress in your country?
In general, the ESVONC board is looking for a small team of local ESVONC members to help with the practical organization of it's congress (the search for venues, accomodation, catering etc.). This partnership holds no further affiliation with ESVONC and cannot be used for commercial use. For the organization of an ESVONC congress an application needs to be sent by mail to the ESVONC secretary (secretary@esvonc.com). The application, if regarded suitable, will then be presented at the next AGM for approval.
We try to have a correct and fair geographical distribution of the congress over Europe from year to year. These are the guidelines to apply to organize a future ESVONC congress:
• Local organizers should be a group of individuals (not a society),
• Local organizers should be ESVONC member,
• Applications should be sent to ESVONC secretary, with an indication of the possible location and pros/cons of the location.
• There will be a yearly vote at AGM (annual general meeting, usually on the Friday of the congress) for the Y+3 site. Every 4 years, the ESVONC congress is replaced by the World Veterinary Cancer Congress. Instead, there will be a small ESVONC congress organized later that year.
